According to the latest report from RealtyTrac, there shouldn’t be a shortage of supply anytime soon. The Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) has the eighth highest foreclosure rate in the country at 8%.
In other words, one in every 12 homes received a foreclosure filing at the end of 2009.
