The “eBay-style” auction service features live bidding a system for making automatic incremental bids up to a maximum determined by the agent. For-sale-by-owner properties are not allowed. Listing agents control the process from beginning to end and retain normal commissions.

MarketLinx is a subsidiary of First American Corp. and provides real estate software systems for broker-business management, agent productivity and MLS data aggregation and distribution. Working exlusively with licensed real estate agents and brokers, Realtybid.com old and closed more than 25,000 properties since it launch in 2001.
