Women’s REO Brokerage Association Expands Membership

The National Association of Women REO Brokerages (NAWRB) officially included all women-owned businesses connected to the REO industry at the start of December.

It means that women don’t have to be selling REOs to join the association…
Now, appraisers, attorneys, asset managers, those on the auction side, those on the construction side, others in escrow, title and trustee service companies can become a member. It doesn’t mean the standards for qualification are going to change, though.

Potential members need a minimum of five years direct experience, community service and women ownership designation. The NAWRB is establishing chapters across the country on a daily basis.

It takes an initial $795 payment to join the NAWRB and $200 annually.
